The ones we have below are from the Times Higher Education research that's undertaken each year and published online on their site for all to view.
The Times have been producing these rankings since 2004 and Harvard University has always taken top spot. They were set up after calling on the UK government to prove that the increasing university development was viable on a world stage. They announce the results in early October each year online and you can search the rankings by subject at the THE online portal.
